Opening an account with HyGen Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is easy.

How to open an account:

Step 1. Print out our one page application Adobe PDF or Word Document.

Step 2. Complete the form.

Step 3. Fax it to us at 425-451-8964 along with a copy of your State Board of Pharmacy License and DEA License.

We will then contact you and ask a few questions in order for us to be able better sevice you as our valued customer. And then you are ready to start ordering.

Once your account is opened you will have the option to sign up for Online Ordering. If you choose to sign up, you will have full access to our entire catalogue and be able to check prices and place orders at your own convenience.
